Decision

Hello fellow bloggers,

This is a sad decision, but I have decided that I am going to go on a blogging hiatus.  I havent been posting because its been really busy with school and such, but I will continue follow your blogs. The reason for this is that I am just slightly losing interest with the barbie part, but enjoy making things for them.  Which bring we to this part.  I may keep this blog up and just write stories about them and the families, like I said, I am not sure.  So sorry to dissapoint you all.

The Parkers (without Carson)

This family consists of Carson, Amy, Elizabelle, Chrissa and Mia.  Carson works as a doctor, but is currently away on training and Amy is a photographer at a local modeling firm in NY.  Elizabelle is 8, Chrissa, 4 and Mia is 9 months.  Elizabelle and Chrissa attend Manhatten Academy and Amy takes Mia to work with her.

Spring Photos!

 Sorry for not posting in a while, but life's been sorta busy.  So, you will notice in these pics that Mia (from the James family) is placed with another family.  I figured that Kate having so many babies so close together, wouldn't work very well.  So Mia is now with another family that will love her just as much (lol).  Good thing is, I have developed a story line about the James.  Kate and her husband Matthew married 5 years ago. Kate was a pediatrician and Matthew worked as a construction worker. Until he got called away to the army 2 years ago.  Approximately around that time, the couple had their second daughter, Nikki Grace. They already had 2 year old Kelly Anne, so Kate decided to take her maternity leave and stay home with the kids until Kelly was in school.   About a year ago, Matthew came home for an extended visit, well, when he left, little Fiona was on her way.  So, now Kate is back to work as a pediatrician, in addition to raising 3 little girls, by herself.  On a side note, in these pics, you will notice Kate's hat.  This was clipped to a pin hidden away in a junk drawer, well, when I was looking for some batteries for my camera, I came across this.  Inspiration: the Royal Wedding.

The McKay Family

The McKays, Andrew, Jade, Makenna, Madelyn, JJ and Gracie

This is my second family.  Mom is Jade, Dad Andrew, 15 yr. old Makenna, 4 yr. old Madelyn and 7.5 month old twins, JJ and Gracie (aka the twinkies).  Unfortuantley I didn't have any poster board on hand for these photos so I made do with what I did have.

Disney 2009-2011

Disney Jane

Even though I did a post yesterday, I thought I would do one about my hamster, Disney, that passed away on Saturday.  I got Disney the summer after grade 6.  She was very cute.  Disney got older, but was still healthy and loved running on her wheel.  Then approximately one month ago Disney lost one of her eyes.  Gross, I know, but I still loved her.  All of a sudden, just 3 days ago, she passed away.  When I went to check on her she was just laying down, not moving.  I took her out and she was dead.  I really miss her.  She was part of the family.  But one thing that her sister Nibbles (my little sisters hamster) did was  bury her in their cage, she also will miss her.  So, Disney will be missed but now rests in peace.   

The James Family

As you saw in the last post, the James Family is my first family.  It consists of Kate, Kelly, Nikki, Mia and Fiona, right now.  As well as Kate's younger sister Skipper (I may change her name).  Not sure of the story line, yet.  Here are some pics I took this afternoon, they are slightly less fuzzy than the last.
